Slip into a soft robe and start your day in our huge super deluxe hydrotherapy jet pool with a range of relaxing, exhilarating and stimulating water massages to revive the senses. Followed by an old Turkish inspired cleansing ritual, combining the health enhancing properties of heat, steam and mud for a totally relaxing, skin conditioning treatment in a magical and sensual environment. Your therapist will talk you through the ritual before you begin and advise on the application of the therapeutic mud. During the treatment jets of steam keep the air moist and at the end a gentle tropical rain shower washes the mud away.
Continue to chill out with a gentle swim in our relaxation pool, and then melt into the steam room and sauna before bubbling away in the whirlpool.
A light lunch in the spa or hotel, of fruit juice, salad of your choice then fresh fruit salad or a naughty option for dessert.
After lunch enter the aromatic atmosphere of the saunarium experiencing the light therapy to stimulate the senses. On to flotation therapy with its sense of weightlessness. Together with the absence of sound and light, you can achieve a trance like sensation, experiencing deep levels of relaxation.
